Multiple Fake news claims-: A short video where people can be seen falling over the streets, the video is said to be from China and claimed it is due to the Coronavirus.

Not being alarmist here. This video shows people literally dropping in the streets. The virus is getting stronger. I remember I once read an essay written by a person around the time of the black plague, and the writer mentioned going into empty towns where even mansions with all the belongings were left behind as people tried to escape the plague. Even thieves were afraid to touch anything for fear of contracting the plague. That essay always stuck with me it presented a disturbing picture of the realities of that time in human history, and I always wondered when that might happen again.

News Verification: The video of people falling over china is highly viral on social media and is being shared all over the world. In the shocking video, people can be seen falling and dying on the streets.

Not everyone in this video collapsed because of the virus. There are instances where a few collapsed due to a heart attack, and the first collapsing, I have already seen this video one year ago. In one disturbing video clip, a man can be seen lying unresponsive on the floor of a hospital, while medics wearing special suits and gas masks attempt to help him.

A new coronavirus that has claimed 17 lives in Wuhan, China, may have been transmitted to people from snakes, according to genetic analysis. The snakes may have caught the virus from bats in the food market in which both animals were sold.

Below is a video of a sudden Heart Attack, which is much similar to the compiled video shared on social media, which claims that people falling after the video.

Answers from the World Health Organization. WHO

What is a coronavirus?

Coronaviruses are a large family of viruses that are known to cause illness ranging from the common cold to more severe diseases such as Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS) and Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS).

What are the symptoms of someone infected with a coronavirus?

It depends on the virus, but common signs include respiratory symptoms, fever, cough, shortness of breath, and breathing difficulties. In more severe cases, the infection can cause pneumonia, severe acute respiratory syndrome, kidney failure, and even death.

Can coronaviruses be transmitted from person to person?

Yes, some coronaviruses can be transmitted from person to person, usually after close contact with an infected patient, for example, in a household workplace, or health care center.

Is there a vaccine for a novel coronavirus?

When a disease is new, there is no vaccine until one is developed. It can take a number of years for a new vaccine to be developed.

What can I do to protect myself?

Standard recommendations to reduce exposure to and transmission of a range of illnesses include maintaining basic hand and respiratory hygiene, and safe food practices and avoiding close contact, when possible, with anyone showing symptoms of respiratory illness such as coughing and sneezing.

Coronavirus is much similar to cold, it takes some time before the actual effect takes place, hence we are doubtful of the video to be real, as we don’t have much information on it. There is very fewer chances that someone will collapse all of sudden due to Coronavirus
