(2) The second step is to blend a whole lemon fruit with a cup of hot water and drink it for about 1-3 months first thing before food and cancer would disappear, research by Maryland College of Medicine says, it's 1000 times better than chemotherapy.
(3) The third step is to drink 3 spoonfuls of organic coconut oil, morning and night and cancer would disappear, you can choose any of the two therapies after avoiding sugar. Ignorance is no excuse.

The claim is false. We haven’t seen any evidence or information about the cancer treatment, where absent of sugar will cause any improvement in cancer, however this has become a common myth. There’s a lot of confusing information and advice present on social media and Google searches that give all the information around sugar.
It is no doubt that sugar is one of the greatest villain in food and diet, however there are no conclusive evidence to support that Sugar indeed helps or stops cancer.
Google searches for sugar and cancer gives a long list of alarming warnings that sugar is the white death, cancer’s favourite food.
As per sugar cancer research published in aacrjournals, It has been hypothesized that levels of triglycerides, glucose, and insulin are associated with risk of colon cancer and that diets high in simple sugars increase risk of colon cancer because of their impact on these factors.
Limited epidemiological evidence supports the association between simple carbohydrates and risk of colon cancer. Using data from a population-based case-control study (n = 1993 cases and 2410 controls), we examined the associations between dietary sugars, foods containing high level of sugars, and dietary glycemic index (GI) and colon cancer. A dietary GI was developed to estimate metabolic response to a diet that may increase plasma glucose levels. Dietary data were obtained using a validated diet history questionnaire. High levels of sucrose intake were associated with increased risk of colon cancer among younger men [odds ratio (OR) for highest quintile relative to lowest, 1.59; 95% confidence interval (CI), 1.07-2.37]. There was also a trend of increasing colon cancer risk associated with a higher sucrose:dietary ratio for proximal tumors in both men and women. Individuals with proximal tumors who consumed a diet ranked as having a high GI were at increased risk (for men, comparing highest quintile to lowest quintile: OR, 1.58; 95% CI, 1.06-2.36; P trend 0.04; for women: OR, 1.72; 95% CI, 1.11-2.67; P trend 0.04). Those at greatest risk from a high dietary GI were those who were sedentary (for men, relative to those who were most active and had a low-GI diet: OR, 3.46; 95% CI, 1.78-6.70; for women: OR, 2.00; 95% CI, 0.98-4.07). We also observed that people who had a high sucrose: dietary fiber ration and who also were sedentary and had a large body mass index were at increased risk (OR, 4.58; 95% CI, 2.33-8.98) relative to those who had a low sucrose:dietary fiber ratio, were active, and had low body mass indices. These findings support previous reports that dietary sugars, especially diet high in simple carbohydrates relative to complex carbohydrates, increase risk of colon cancer, possibly through their impact on plasma glucose levels.
Does Sugar feed cancer?
Another result based on sugar cancer ncbi study. The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) is part of the United States National Library of Medicine (NLM), a branch of the National Institutes of Health (NIH). The NCBI is located in Bethesda, Maryland and was founded in 1988 through legislation sponsored by Senator Claude Pepper.
As per NCBI, High sugar intake may increase cancer risk by promoting insulin-glucose dysregulation, oxidative stress, inflammation, and body adiposity, but epidemiologic evidence is unclear. Associations between dietary sugars and lifestyle-related cancer risk from longitudinal studies were evaluated.
As per the American Institute for Cancer Research, There is no strong evidence that directly links sugar to increased cancer risk, yet there is an indirect link.
All cells in our body — including cancer cells — need sugar (glucose) from our bloodstream for fuel. We get that blood sugar from foods containing carbohydrates, including vegetables, fruits, whole grains and low-fat dairy sources. Some glucose is produced within our bodies from protein.
But eating a lot of high-sugar foods may mean more calories than you need, which leads to excess weight and body fat. It is excess body fat that increases risk of many common cancers. That is why AICR recommends eating a diet rich in nutritious and filling foods, such as whole grains, vegetables, fruit and beans and replacing sugary beverages with low- or no-calorie drinks
Some strategies to help you eat less sugar include:
carry healthy snacks like nuts, fresh or dried fruit or whole grain crackers and cheese instead of sugary snacks.
