The original video since 2012, Motorbike crashes into a boat - literally. Epic fail!.
A comment YouTube mentioned by Benjamin as, “French magazine Moto-Journal and one of its testers, who we come to know by the name Lolo.”, gives little more information on the person who felled down in while driving the bike
More information is available at lematin, published in Dec 2012 states, Laurent Cochet, of Moto Journal, has just experienced it. On the handlebars of a Yamaha FJR 1300, on the port of Saint-Martin en Ré, the tester struck a mooring bollard with a luggage rack, before falling on a boat. Fortunately, a fairly nasty one falls without too much gravity, because it is "just" doing with some hematomas and dislocation of the thumb.
The journalist is obviously not too hurt in his self-esteem either since he himself helped broadcast the video of his mishap.
Tyresmoke stated, One of French magazine Moto-Journal bike testers, Lolo, was out filming his Yamaha FJR 1300 tester at the commune of Saint-Martin-de-Ré in southwestern France.
While taking a turn on the marina, the bike's saddle baggage hit a metal post sending the test driver and his brand new FJR 1300 down towards the water, with the motorcycle smashing on the concrete floor and Lolo…crash-landing into a boat!
